- How fast can you actually get here if my furnace dies at night or during a heat wave?

- How do I know you are not just guessing? Will you show me what is wrong with my system?

- Are you licensed and insured, and can you pull permits for panel work in my municipality?

- Can you repair what I have, or are you going to push me to replace the whole system?

- Can you install an EV charger or a smart thermostat, or do I need a different company for that?
- Both are within scope. EV charger installation involves assessing your panel capacity and running a dedicated circuit to the right location. Smart thermostat installation requires matching the new control to your existing system's wiring, which varies by equipment age, and is something Joey handles as part of a heating and cooling service call or on its own.
- We had a bad storm and now some circuits are not working. Is that an emergency call or can it wait?
- Post-storm electrical issues should be evaluated promptly, especially if outlets are dead, the panel looks or smells unusual, or you have any reason to think water reached wiring or the panel.
